- REFAKTOR d.o.o., owners of Cebelca.biz, a web service used to create our customers’ accounts (name, surname, address/street, place, ZIP Code, country, product ordered)
- Aweber Communications, a web service for sending e-mails, through which we send Buyers confirmation of the Order, instructions for use and periodical questions about products (name, surname, address/street, place, ZIP Code, country, telephone number, e-mail, product)
- Paypal Holdings inc. (Paypal), if you select Paypal as a mode of payment, since this is the basis for making payments through their service (name, surname, address/street, place, ZIP Code, country, product).
- CYBERservices SA Group (Paymill), if you select credit cards as a mode of payment, since this is the basis for making payments through their service, wherein they act as an intermediary between you and the bank that carries out the transaction (name, surname, address/street, place, ZIP Code, country, product).

Personal data that are not strictly necessary for implementation of the contract are collected because they are necessary due to legitimate interests for which the controller or a 3rd person is striving, except when the interests or rights of the individual, who requires the personal data protection, in particular children, prevail (Personal Data protection Act/ZVOP-1: Par.9/Art.4 and Par.10/Art.3).

In the company DTM Natura d.o.o. we assessed that the assessment of the planned processing actions effect on the protection of personal data is not necessary as these are completely basic processing actions that are strictly necessary for performing the ordered service. At the same time we do not require the customer to enter data that are not strictly necessary (telephone number, e-mail).
Ensuring the enforcement of individuals’ rights
- Access to data, information, possibility of correction
An individual who the data refer to has the right to obtain confirmation from the controller whether any personal data are processed in relation to him and, if so, to obtain access to his personal data and certain information. The individual who the data refer to shall have the right to supplement incomplete personal data, including submission of a supplementary declaration, having regard to the purposes of the processing.
